Married to Marian and currently live near Perpignan in France where we have the opportunity to pursue all our hobbies, rugby union, cycling, hill walking, historical sites and many others.
Changed my management style to a negotiating one about twenty years ago which has been the source of my success since. My decision to change to a negotiating style was prompted after I read a book called “Getting to Yes” by Roger Fisher and William Ury, which I now consider is the bible to create a zero loss culture.
In conjunction with other parents set up a multi-denominational primary school in Limerick in Ireland which has become one of the lead schools in the area.
Completed the renovation of an old barn in France in 2006 a life’s goal achieved
